Common use of Credit Facilities Clause in Contracts

Credit Facilities. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, each Lender, severally, but not jointly, agrees to make available to Borrower Credit Extensions in respect of each Credit Facility set forth opposite such Lender’s name on the Credit Facility Schedule, in each case not to exceed such Lender’s commitment as identified on the Credit Facility Schedule (such commitment of each Lender, as it may be amended to reflect assignments made in accordance with this Agreement or terminated or reduced in accordance with this Agreement, its “Applicable Commitment”, and the aggregate of all such commitments of all Lenders, the “Applicable Commitments”).

As of the Closing Date, Lenders have agreed to make available to Borrower one Credit Facility of $30,000,000 to be advanced in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
