Common use of Credit Facility Provider Clause in Contracts

Credit Facility Provider. Following the release of the Credit Enhancement Agreement by the Trustee pursuant to the terms of this Indenture and the provision of an Alternate Credit Facility, all notices to be provided Xxxxxxx Mac and/or the Servicer hereunder shall be provided to the Alternate Credit Facility Provider and payments to be made to Xxxxxxx Mac or the Servicer from the Administration Fund shall be paid to the Alternate Credit Facility Provider.
