Common use of Credit Facility Clause in Contracts

Credit Facility. Subject to the terms and conditions of, and in reliance upon the representations and warranties made in, this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, Lenders agree to make a Total Credit Facility of up to $200,000,000 available upon Borrower's request therefor, as follows:

Credit Facility. Subject to the terms and conditions of, and in reliance upon the representations and warranties made in, this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, Lenders agree to make available to Borrowers a Total Credit Facility of up to $200,000,000 available 100,000,000 (with a possible increase up to $110,000,000 pursuant to the provisions of subsection 1.1.7) upon a Borrower's ’s request therefor, as follows:
