The file retained by Countrywide that includes the mortgage loan documents pertaining to a Mortgage Loan including copies of the Collateral Documents together with the credit documentation relating to the origination of such Mortgage Loan, which Credit File may be maintained by Countrywide on microfilm or any other comparable medium.
