Common use of Credit Investigation Clause in Contracts

Credit Investigation. Each Lender acknowledges that it has made such inquiries and taken such care on its own behalf as would have been the case had its Commitments been granted and its Advances made directly by such Lender to the Borrower without the intervention of the Administrative Agent or any other Lender. Each Lender agrees and acknowledges that no Lender Party makes any representation or warranty about the creditworthiness of any Obligor or any other party to this Agreement or with respect to the legality, validity, sufficiency or enforceability of this Agreement, any Loan Document, any Collateral or any other instrument or document delivered hereunder or in connection herewith.

Credit Investigation.
