A portion of the funding for the program/project comes from Civic Life: “The [title of this project/program/web resource/database etc.] has been made possible in part by a grant from the City of Portland, Office of Community & Civic Life.” All funding for the program/project comes from Civic Life: “The [title of this project/program] has been made possible through funding entirely by the City of Portland, Office of Community & Civic Life.”
