Common use of Credit-Linked Note Clause in Contracts

Credit-Linked Note. The Borrower’s reimbursement obligations with respect to the Credit-Linked Letters of Credit issued pursuant to this Section 2.5 shall be evidenced by a Credit-Linked Note made payable to the Credit-Linked Issuing Lender in substantially the form of Schedule 2.5(j).
