As disclosed in and authorized by the Service Application, LPC Connect may conduct an investigation into your credit-worthiness, including obtaining one or more reports or ratings from an independent credit reporting or credit scoring agency. In addition, LPC Connect may pursue collection for delinquent or unpaid amounts on Customer's account and may report account delinquencies to credit reporting or credit scoring agencies.
