Common use of CREDIT MAXIMIZATION Clause in Contracts

CREDIT MAXIMIZATION. The Company will be entitled to use credit related promotional strategies consistent with past practices. The Bank will work in good faith with the Company to develop business strategies with respect to the issuance of Credit Cards intended to maximize the potential of the Business and, in that regard, will consider in good faith proposals involving variances from the Bank's general Credit Standards or changes in the terms of the Bank's agreement with any person who holds a Credit Card; PROVIDED that subject to compliance with the provisions of Section 2.1.1, Credit Standards and the terms of such agreement shall in all circumstances be determined by the Bank. The terms of any program involving variances from the Bank's general Credit Standards or changes in the terms of the Bank's agreement with any person who holds a Credit Card, including (without limitation) fees or other charges to be paid by either party, shall be agreed on a program-by-program basis.
