Common use of Credit of Moneys Prior to Receipt Clause in Contracts

Credit of Moneys Prior to Receipt. With respect to any credit given prior to actual receipt of final payment, the Custodian may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, permit a Fund to use funds so credited to its Fund custody account in anticipation of actual receipt of final payment. Any such funds shall be deemed a loan from the Custodian to the Trust payable on demand and bearing interest accruing from the date such loan is made up to but not including the date on which such loan is repaid at the rate per annum customarily charged by the Custodian on similar loans.
