Common use of Credit or Debit Cards and Forgery Clause in Contracts

Credit or Debit Cards and Forgery. (This coverage applies only if theft is mentioned as an insured peril on the “Coverage Summary Page”.) (a) We insure the financial loss you incur as a result of the unauthorized use of a credit or debit card issued in your name. (b) We insure the financial loss you incur as a result of unauthorized electronic transactions conducted in your name. For coverages (a), (b), (c) and (d) combined, we will pay a maximum amount of $1,000.
