Common use of Credit Parties Other than Borrowers Clause in Contracts

Credit Parties Other than Borrowers. None of the Credit Parties other than Borrowers shall engage in any trade or business or incur any Indebtedness or Guaranteed Indebtedness (other than the Obligations), and none of the Credit Parties other than Borrowers, Midway, Pacific Soft, Philomath and Sedro own any assets (other than Stock of their Subsidiaries).
