Common use of Credit Parties' Reimbursement Obligation Clause in Contracts

Credit Parties' Reimbursement Obligation. The expenses of the ---------------------------------------- Administrative Agent incurred in connection with actions undertaken as provided in this Section, together with interest thereon at the rate per annum set forth in subsection 3.1 of the Credit Agreement for Base Rate Loans from the date of payment by the Administrative Agent to the date reimbursed by the Credit Parties, shall be payable by the Credit Parties to the Administrative Agent on demand.
