Common use of Credit Ratings Clause in Contracts

Credit Ratings. The Borrower will use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the credit facilities made available under this Agreement to be continuously rated by S&P and Xxxxx’x (but not any particular rating). The Borrower will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a corporate rating (but not any particular rating) from S&P and a corporate family rating (but not any particular rating) from Xxxxx’x, in each case, in respect of the Borrower.
