Common use of Credit Ratings Clause in Contracts

Credit Ratings. The Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a corporate credit rating from S&P and a corporate family rating from Xxxxx’x, in each case, with respect to the Borrower, and a credit rating from S&P and Xxxxx’x with respect to the Indebtedness incurred pursuant to this Agreement, in all cases, but not a specific rating.

Credit Ratings. The Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a corporate credit rating from S&P and a corporate family rating from Xxxxx’xMoody’s, in each case, with respect to the Borrower, and a credit rating from S&P and Xxxxx’x Moody’s with respect to the Indebtedness Term Loans incurred pursuant to this Agreement, in all cases, but not a specific rating.

Credit Ratings. The Lead Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a corporate credit rating from S&P and a corporate family rating from Xxxxx’x, in each case, with respect to the Lead Borrower, and a credit rating from S&P and Xxxxx’x with respect to the Indebtedness incurred pursuant to this Agreement, in all cases, but not a specific rating.

Credit Ratings. The Borrower Borrowers shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain a corporate credit rating from S&P and a corporate family rating from Xxxxx’x, in each case, with respect to the Lead Borrower, and a credit rating from S&P and Xxxxx’x with respect to the Indebtedness incurred pursuant to this Agreement, in all cases, but not a specific rating.
