CREDIT REFERENCES. THE CUSTOMER expressly authorizes the BANK to consult, supply or exchange information with other banks, external auditors, information agencies or other entities, in accordance with the provisions of article 24 and other applicable provisions of Law 24 of May 22, 2002.
