Credit Report Authorization. If you open a Business Account, you are providing PayPal with your written instructions and authorization in accordance with any applicable law to obtain your personal and/or business credit report from a credit bureau. You are also authorizing PayPal to obtain your personal and/or business credit report: (a) when you request certain new products, or (b) at any time PayPal reasonably believes there may be an increased level of risk associated with your Business Account.
Credit Report Authorization. You understand and agree that you are providing PayPal with your “written instructions” in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and you are authorizing and acknowledge that PayPal may obtain your personal credit report from a credit bureau for the purpose of your use of the Services. You further understand and agree that you are authorizing PayPal to obtain your credit report on an ongoing basis for account review purposes.

Credit Report Authorization. If you open a Landlord Account, you are providing Rentec Direct with your written instructions to obtain your personal and/or business credit report from a credit bureau. Rentec Direct may obtain your credit report: (a) when you open an Account with Rentec Direct, or (b) any time thereafter if Rentec Direct reasonably believes there may be an increased level of risk associated with your Account. An increased level of risk includes, but is not limited to, a high number of chargebacks or reversals, or suspicious activity associated with your Account.
Credit Report Authorization. Renter authorizes XXxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx to obtain a personal credit report. This equipment rental agreement is subject to approval within 30 days. Xxxxxx authorizes XXxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx to contact spouse, student, and/or nearest relative regarding this agreement if past due. If paid, the security deposit (if any) will be returned to renter within thirty days less any deductions for excessive damage, missing items, past-due rent, and/or late fees.
Credit Report Authorization. By enrolling in Online and Mobile Banking, you understand and acknowledge that we may obtain a copy of your credit report from one or more consumer reporting agencies to assist with evaluating your financial readiness for the accounts and services you request. In addition, by enrolling, you authorize us to use your credit report for the following purposes:

By agreeing to the terms of this Platform Agreement, you authorize us and our Financial Partners to obtain consumer credit reports and other personal background information (“Consumer Report Data”) about Administrators, Beneficial Owners, and other Control Persons (each, a “Consumer Report Subject”) from consumer reporting agencies and other third-party sources; and you represent and warrant to us that you have obtained prior written consent from each Consumer Report Subject to permit us to obtain such Consumer Report Data for the purposes set forth in this Platform Agreement. We and our Financial Partners may use Consumer Report Data to help us review your AtoB Account application, underwrite and monitor your AtoB Account, and to decide whether to provide certain other AtoB products and services to you. Upon request from an Administrator, we will inform you if we or our and our Financial Partners obtained a consumer report from a consumer reporting agency for a Consumer Report Subject, and provide you the name and address of the consumer reporting agency that furnished the report. We and our Financial Partners may elect to report late payments, missed payments, other defaults, and other credit-related experiences with Company to business credit agencies and such information may appear on your business credit reports and may impact your business credit scores. We and our Financial Partners may also elect to report such information to consumer reporting agencies and such information may appear on the Consumer Report Subject’s consumer credit report and may affect the Consumer Report Subject’s personal credit score. Unless indicated in an application for a credit product that requires a personal guarantee, authorization by you to obtain the Consumer Report Data of a Consumer Report Subject does not constitute a personal guarantee by any Consumer Report Subject of any of Company’s payment obligations under this Platform Agreement. You also authorize us to make multiple or recurring “soft inquiries” for Consumer Report Data for any Consumer Report Subject, and to make hard inquiries for Consumer Report Data for a Consumer Report Subject in the event we or our Financial Partners require a personal guarantee of a credit product. Soft inquiries will not impact the credit score of the Consumer Report Subject, but hard inquiries may impact the credit score of the Consumer Report Subject.
