Xxxxxx authorizes XXxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx to contact spouse, student, and/or nearest relative regarding this agreement if past due. If paid, the security deposit (if any) will be returned to renter within thirty days less any deductions for excessive damage, missing items, past-due rent, and/or late fees.
