You authorize us to investigate your credit standing when opening, renewing or reviewing your Account, and you authorize us to disclose information regarding our experience with you under this Agreement to consumer reporting agencies, bureaus and other creditors. If you request it, we will provide the name and address of each consumer reporting agency used for this purpose. If you believe we have reported inaccurate information about you to a consumer reporting agency, please notify us at Community Financial, 000 X. Xxxxxx, Plymouth, Michigan 48170. In doing so, please identify the inaccurate information and tell us why you believe it is incorrect. If you have a copy of the credit report that contains the alleged inaccurate information, please send us a copy of that report as well. You are hereby notified that negative information will be provided to appropriate consumer reporting agencies if you fail to perform your obligations under this agreement.
