Common use of Credit Reporting; Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act Clause in Contracts

Credit Reporting; Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act. (a) The Company agrees to fully furnish, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and its implementing regulations, accurate and complete information on its borrower credit files to Equifax, Experian, and Trans Union Credit Information Company (three of the credit repositories), on a monthly basis. (b) The Company agrees to transmit full file credit reporting data for each Mortgage Loan pursuant to Xxxxxx Mae Guide Announcement 95-19 and for each Mortgage Loan, the Company shall report one of the following statuses each month: new origination, current, delinquent (30, 60, 90 days, etc.), bankruptcy, foreclosed or charged off. (c) The Company shall comply with Title V of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act of 1999 and all applicable regulations promulgated thereunder, relating to the Mortgage Loans and the related borrowers and shall provide all required notices thereunder.

(a) The Company With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Servicer agrees to fully furnish, in accordance with Xxxxxx Mae Guide Announcement 95-19 and the Fair Credit Reporting Act and its implementing regulations, accurate and complete information (e.g., favorable and unfavorable) on its borrower credit files to Equifax, Experian, Experian and Trans Union TransUnion Credit Information Company (three of the credit repositories), ) on a monthly basis. (b) The Company basis and agrees to transmit full file credit reporting data for each Mortgage Loan pursuant to Xxxxxx Mae Guide Announcement 95-19 and for each Mortgage Loan, the Company it shall report one of the following statuses each monthmonth as follows: new origination, current, delinquent (3030-, 6060-, 90 90-days, etc.), bankruptcyforeclosed, foreclosed or charged charged-off. (cb) The Company Servicer shall comply with Title V of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act of 1999 and all applicable regulations promulgated thereunder, relating to the Mortgage Loans and the related borrowers and shall provide all required notices thereunder.
