Credit Reporting; Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act. (a) With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Servicer shall fully furnish, in accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and its implementing regulations, accurate and complete information (e.g., favorable and unfavorable) on the related Mortgagor credit files to three of the national credit repositories, on a monthly basis. (b) The Servicer shall comply with Title V of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act of 1999 and all applicable regulations promulgated thereunder relating to the Mortgage Loans and the related borrowers, and shall provide all required notices thereunder.
