Credit Reporting; Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act. (a) With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the Servicer agrees to fully furnish, in accordance with Xxxxxx Mae Guide Announcement 95-19 and the Fair Credit Reporting Act and its implementing regulations, accurate and complete information (e.g., favorable and unfavorable) on its borrower credit files to Equifax, Experian and TransUnion Credit Information Company (three of the credit repositories) on a monthly basis and agrees it shall report one of the following statuses each month as follows: new origination, current, delinquent (30-, 60-, 90-days, etc.), foreclosed, or charged-off.
