Credit Reporting; Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act. (a) With respect to each Group I Mortgage Loan, the Servicer agrees to accurately and fully report its borrower credit files to all three credit repositories in a timely manner. (b) The Servicer shall comply with Title V of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx-Xxxxxx Act of 1999 and all applicable regulations promulgated thereunder, relating to the Mortgage Loans and the related borrowers and shall provide all required notices thereunder prior to the July 1, 2001 effective date and annually thereafter.
