Credit Standards and Collection Policies. The Servicer will make a diligent effort to deliver to the Insurer a copy of each material amendment or material modification of the Credit Standards and Collection Policies promptly upon the effectiveness of any such amendment or modification provided that any inadvertent failure to deliver any such amendment or modification will not be deemed a default under this Agreement.
