Common use of Credit Statement Clause in Contracts

Credit Statement. Buyer certifies that any information submitted pertaining to its credit worthiness is accurate. Buyer, its owners and/or principals, expressly authorize consumer reporting agencies and other persons to furnish credit information to ZEISS, separately or jointly with other creditors, for use in connection with this Agreement. ZEISS and joint users of such information are authorized to receive and exchange credit information and to update such information as appropriate for the express purpose of assessing Buyer’s credit worthiness.
