Credit Support Document. The ISDA Credit Support Annex (New York Law, Security Interest Form) and supplementary “Paragraph 13 – Elections & Variables” executed by the parties shall constitute a “Credit Support Document” in relation to each party, respectively, for all purposes of this Agreement.
