Common use of Credit to Participants Clause in Contracts

Credit to Participants. (a) If the Plan is not integrated with Social Security, the Employer's contribution (as specified in the Adoption Agreement) for any Plan Year (and any forfeitures, if forfeitures are allocated to Active Participants in accordance with Section 3.2) shall be allocated to the Regular Account of each Active Participant in the ratio in which each Active Participant's Compensation for the Plan Year bears to that of all Active Participants for such Plan Year.
