Credit Union Liability for Electronic Services. If we do not complete a transaction to or from your account on time or in the correct amount according to our agreement with you, we will be liable for your losses or damages. Our sole responsibility for an error in a transaction will be to correct the error and in no case will we be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. In states that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of such damages, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Credit Union will not be liable for the following:
