Credit Union Not Liable for Obligor’s Agreements. Nothing in this Agreement shall make the Credit Union liable to observe or perform any term of any agreement to which the Obligor is a party or by which it or the Collateral is bound, or make the Credit Union a mortgagee in possession. The Obligor shall indemnify the Credit Union and save it harmless from any claim arising from any such agreement.
