Common use of CREDIT VETTING Clause in Contracts

CREDIT VETTING. On signature of this offer, the Lessor/Agent may require credit checks to be conducted through a credit bureau on either the company or individual and / or sureties (if applicable, stipulated herein from time to time), or both. The Lessee acknowledges that it is aware of the requirement and grants its irrevocable consent in this regard.
