Crediting of Income. All payments of interest, dividends and other income in respect of Assets in the Trust Account shall be posted and credited by the Trustee to the Trust Account. Trustee may debit the Trust Account to recoup any interest, dividend or other income automatically posted and credited on the payment date to the Trust Account which is not subsequently received by the Trustee.

Any interest, dividend or other income automatically posted and credited on the payment date to the Grantor’s Account which is not subsequently received by the Trustee shall be reimbursed by the Grantor to the Trustee, and the Trustee may debit the Grantor’s Account for this purpose.
Crediting of Income. All payments of interest and dividends (hereinafter referred to as “Income”) in respect to Assets in the Trust Account shall be posted and credited by the Trustee, subject to deduction of the Trustee’s compensation and expenses as provided in Section 8(b) of this Agreement, in the separate income column of the custody ledger (the “Income Account”) within the Trust Account established and maintained by the Grantor at an office of the Trustee in [New York City]; provided, however, that the Trustee shall have no duties or obligations as Trustee with respect to the payment of Income by the issuer of the Assets or the deposit of such Income as provided herein. Any Income automatically posted and credited on the payment date to the Income Account which is not subsequently received by the Trustee shall be reimbursed by the Grantor to the Trustee and the Trustee may debit the Income Account for this purpose. Income shall be paid to the Grantor or credited to an account of the Grantor in accordance with written instructions provided from time to time by the Grantor to the Trustee.
Crediting of Income. Any income generated in the course of TanBIF activities that accrues to the TanBIF Secretariat is to be used for advancing the TanBIF Work Programme.

  • Crediting of Accounts If PFPC Trust in its sole discretion credits an Account with respect to (a) income, dividends, distributions, coupons, option premiums, other payments or similar items on a contractual payment date or otherwise in advance of PFPC Trust's actual receipt of the amount due, (b) the proceeds of any sale or other disposition of assets on the contractual settlement date or otherwise in advance of PFPC Trust's actual receipt of the amount due or (c) provisional crediting of any amounts due, and (i) PFPC Trust is subsequently unable to collect full and final payment for the amounts so credited within a reasonable time period using reasonable efforts or (ii) pursuant to standard industry practice, law or regulation PFPC Trust is required to repay to a third party such amounts so credited, or if any Property has been incorrectly credited, PFPC Trust shall have the absolute right in its sole discretion without demand to reverse any such credit or payment, to debit or deduct the amount of such credit or payment from the Account, and to otherwise pursue recovery of any such amounts so credited from the Fund. Nothing herein or otherwise shall require PFPC Trust to make any advances or to credit any amounts until PFPC Trust's actual receipt thereof. The Fund hereby grants a first priority contractual possessory security interest in and a right of setoff against the assets maintained in an Account hereunder in the amount necessary to secure the return and payment to PFPC Trust of any advance or credit made by PFPC Trust (including charges related thereto) to such Account.

  • Limited Distributions of Income from Trust Account (a) Upon written request from the Company, which may be given from time to time in a form substantially similar to that attached hereto as Exhibit C, the Trustee shall distribute to the Company the amount of interest income earned on the Trust Account requested by the Company to cover any income or other tax obligation owed by the Company.

  • Crediting of Payments and Proceeds In the event that the Obligations have been accelerated pursuant to Section 10.2 or the Administrative Agent or any Lender has exercised any remedy set forth in this Agreement or any other Loan Document, all payments received on account of the Secured Obligations and all net proceeds from the enforcement of the Secured Obligations shall be applied by the Administrative Agent as follows: First, to payment of that portion of the Secured Obligations constituting fees, indemnities, expenses and other amounts, including attorney fees, payable to the Administrative Agent in its capacity as such, the Issuing Lenders in their capacity as such and the Swingline Lender in its capacity as such, ratably among the Administrative Agent, the Issuing Lenders and Swingline Lender in proportion to the respective amounts described in this clause First payable to them; Second, to payment of that portion of the Secured Obligations constituting fees, indemnities and other amounts (other than principal and interest) payable to the Lenders under the Loan Documents, including attorney fees, ratably among the Lenders in proportion to the respective amounts described in this clause Second payable to them; Third, to payment of that portion of the Secured Obligations constituting accrued and unpaid interest on the Loans and Reimbursement Obligations, ratably among the Lenders in proportion to the respective amounts described in this clause Third payable to them; Fourth, to payment of that portion of the Secured Obligations constituting unpaid principal of the Loans, Reimbursement Obligations and payment obligations then owing under Secured Hedge Agreements and Secured Cash Management Agreements, ratably among the Lenders, the Issuing Lenders, the Hedge Banks and the Cash Management Banks in proportion to the respective amounts described in this clause Fourth payable to them; Fifth, to the Administrative Agent for the account of the Issuing Lenders, to Cash Collateralize any L/C Obligations then outstanding; and Last, the balance, if any, after all of the Secured Obligations have been indefeasibly paid in full, to the Borrower or as otherwise required by Applicable Law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Secured Obligations arising under Secured Cash Management Agreements and Secured Hedge Agreements shall be excluded from the application described above if the Administrative Agent has not received written notice thereof, together with such supporting documentation as the Administrative Agent may request, from the applicable Cash Management Bank or Hedge Bank, as the case may be. Each Cash Management Bank or Hedge Bank not a party to this Agreement that has given the notice contemplated by the preceding sentence shall, by such notice, be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the appointment of the Administrative Agent pursuant to the terms of Article XI for itself and its Affiliates as if a “Lender” party hereto.

  • Disposition of Income During the term of this Trust, all income received by the Trust, net of expenses and taxes, shall be accumulated and reinvested.

  • PREMIUM ACCOUNTING The Company will pay the Reinsurer premiums in accordance with the terms specified in Exhibit C. The method and requirements for reporting and remitting premiums are outlined in Exhibit F. The Reinsurer reserves the right to charge interest on overdue premiums.   • Earnings Credits The Fund shall receive a credit for each calendar month against such compensation and fees of the Custodian as may be payable by the Fund in an amount equal to the aggregate of its Earnings Credit for such calendar month. In no event may such credit be transferred to, or utilized by, any other person or entity, except to the extent permitted by law, and then only to or by The Dreyfus Corporation, its affiliates and/or any investment company now or in the future for which The Dreyfus Corporation or any of its affiliates acts as the investment adviser or administrator (each, a “Permitted Transferee”).
