Common use of Creditor Consents Clause in Contracts

Creditor Consents. The creditors set forth on Schedule 2.6 hereto shall have agreed in writing with the Sellers as to the amounts owed in order for such creditors to have been paid in full and to release all Liens in favor of such creditors. The Sellers shall have obtained from the creditors set forth on Schedule 2.6 and shall provide to the Purchaser at Closing, such UCC termination statements, releases of mortgages and other releases of Liens as shall be required by the Purchaser and its lenders.

Creditor Consents. The creditors set forth on in Schedule 2.6 6.9 hereto ----------------- ------------ shall have agreed in writing with the Sellers Corporation as to the amounts owed in order for such creditors to have been paid in full and to release all Liens in favor of such creditors. The Sellers shall have obtained from the creditors set forth on in Schedule 2.6 and 6.9 shall provide to the Purchaser ------------ at Closing, Closing such UCC termination statements, releases of mortgages and other releases of Liens as shall be required by the Purchaser and its lenders.

The Sellers Each of the Companies shall have obtained from the creditors set forth on Schedule 2.6 SCHEDULE 7.10 and shall provide to the Purchaser at Closing, such UCC termination statements, releases of mortgages and other releases of Liens as shall be required by the Purchaser and its lenders.

The Sellers Companies shall have obtained from the creditors set forth on Schedule 2.6 SCHEDULE 7.11 and shall provide to the Purchaser at Closing, such UCC termination statements, releases of mortgages and other releases of Liens as shall be required by the Purchaser and its lenders.
