Creditor Discretion Sample Clauses

Creditor Discretion. Without notice to Guarantor and without affecting or impairing the obligations of Guarantor hereunder, Creditor may (a) compromise or settle, extend the term of payment or discharge the performance of, refuse to or otherwise not enforce, or release any obligor of, the Guarantied Obligations, (b) grant indulgences to Debtor or amend the Financing Agreements, or (c) enforce, exchange, release, or waive any security for the Guarantied Obligations or any guaranty of the Guarantied Obligations.
