Creditor Enforcement Action. Any creditor(s) of Borrower or any Guarantor take(s) or threaten(s) any enforcement action against Borrower or any Guarantor which, in Lender’s reasonable judgment, would materially interfere with the operation of Borrower’s or any Guarantor’s business or Lender’s ability to collect the Obligations.
