Creditor Reports. Promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any notice or any other material statement or report furnished to any holder of the securities of the Borrower or of any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement relating to Indebtedness in excess of $1,000,000 and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders pursuant to any other clause of this Section 6.1.
