Common use of Creditor Reports Clause in Contracts

Creditor Reports. Promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any statement or report furnished to the holders of Debt securities pursuant to the terms of any indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Lenders pursuant to any other section of this Article VIII.

Creditor Reports. Promptly after the furnishing thereof, copies of any statement or report furnished to the holders any holder of Debt securities of Borrower pursuant to the terms of any material indenture, loan or credit or similar agreement (other than administrative notices that could not reasonably be expected to be material to the interests of the Lenders) and not otherwise required to be furnished to the Lenders pursuant to any other section clause of this Article VIIISection 5.01.
