Common use of Creditors; No Third Party Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

Creditors; No Third Party Beneficiaries. None of the provisions of this Agreement shall be for the benefit of or enforceable by any creditors of the Fund. This Agreement is entered into for the exclusive benefit of the parties hereto, and there shall be no other beneficiaries hereof, except as expressly provided herein.
