Common use of Creditors Not Benefited Clause in Contracts

Creditors Not Benefited. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to nor shall it benefit any creditor of the Partnership. No creditor of the Partnership will be entitled to require any Partner to solicit or accept any loan or Additional Capital Contribution for the Partnership or to enforce any right which the Partnership or any Partner may have against a Partner, whether arising under this Agreement or otherwise except as required by the Act or Applicable Law.
