Common use of CREDITOR’S OFFSET RIGHTS Clause in Contracts

CREDITOR’S OFFSET RIGHTS. Creditor is hereby authorized at any time and from time to time, without notice to any person (and Guarantor hereby WAIVES any such notice) to the fullest extent permitted by law, to set-off and apply any and all monies, securities and other properties of Guarantor now or in the future in the possession, custody or control of Creditor, or otherwise owed to Guarantor by Creditor. Creditor’s rights under this Section are in addition to other rights and remedies (including other rights of set-off) which Creditor may have.
