Credits and Contributions through the Transfer Date. All amounts scheduled to be credited to the Vishay KEWAP and contributed to the related rabbi trust through the applicable Transfer Date with respect to Vishay Employees who become VPG Employees on or before the Account Transfer Date, determined in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Vishay KEWAP, ERISA and the Code, shall be credited and paid by Vishay or another member of the Vishay Group to the Vishay KEWAP and the related rabbi trust prior to the Account Transfer Date.
