Common use of Credits and Fines Clause in Contracts

Credits and Fines. 7.1 Without derogating from the rights of the Company as dictated by law, the Company reserves the right to fine the Primary Subscriber for any voidance and/or lack of adherence to one or more of the provisions of this contract and its appendices as well as the instructions in the User’s Guide, including the following sections: (1) Returning the vehicle not in accordance with the instructions in the User’s Guide. (2) Cancellations, changes and/or delays in return of the vehicle by the Subscriber. (3) Failure by the subscriber to maintain vehicle cleanliness including the presence of trash and/or cigarette butts and/or other smoking paraphernalia/ashes in the vehicle. (4) Transporting of animals or allowing animals to enter the vehicle. (5) Loss of subscription card.
