Credits and Refunds for Billing Errors. As specified in this Agreement, Sprint has provided or will provide credits or refunds to all customers who (a) on or after September 15, 2007, were or are either Pioneer Plan customers or Free and Clear 0 Plan customers (hereinafter, such Pioneer/Free and Clear 0 Plan customers are referred to as “FC0 Plan customers”) and (b) suffered one or more of the billing errors identified in this Agreement, provided, however, that Sprint shall have the right to offset against any credits or refunds owed to FC0 Plan customers any amounts owed by such customers to Sprint, including any amounts for which any such customer is delinquent.
