Credits for Tax Payments; No Duplicate Tax Liability. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to require the Company to make duplicate tax payments. The Company shall receive as a credit against its obligations to pay the Issuer Tax Payments, the amount of any ad valorem taxes (other than special assessments and property taxes that the Issuer may not xxxxx under State law and otherwise as provided in Section 2.5) paid by the Company to the County to the extent that the amounts paid to the County include any taxes due with respect to the Exempt Property.
