Crest Remedies. If Crest shall have delivered a Crest Default Remedy Instruction to the Collateral Trustee, the Collateral Trustee for the benefit of Crest shall have all of the rights and remedies with respect to the Collateral of a secured party under the Uniform Commercial Code.
