The Crew Room clause defines the provision and use of a designated space for crew members during the course of a project or event. Typically, this clause outlines requirements such as the location, amenities, and access rights for the crew room, ensuring that crew members have a secure and comfortable area to rest, store personal belongings, or prepare for their duties. Its core practical function is to support the well-being and efficiency of the crew by guaranteeing a dedicated space, thereby minimizing disruptions and promoting smooth operations.
Crew Room. A room for the purpose of allowing Pilots to Check In for flight preparation. The Crew Room may be co-located with the Crew Lounge provided the work area is separated from the lounge.
