The Crew Room clause defines the provision and use of a designated space for crew members during the course of a project or event. Typically, this clause outlines requirements such as the location, amenities, and access rights for the crew room, ensuring that crew members have a secure and comfortable area to rest, store personal belongings, or prepare for their duties. Crew Room. A room for the purpose of allowing Pilots to Check In for flight preparation. The Crew Room may be co-located with the Crew Lounge provided the work area is separated from the lounge.

Such area shall allow for pick-up of an Officer’s intra-Company mail, internet access to Company intranet systems and a bulletin board for Company, Canada Labour Code and Association notices.
