Criminal organisation. The Supplier warrants that neither it nor its Personnel: (a) have been convicted of an offence under the Criminal Code Act 1899 (Qld) where one of the elements of the offence is that the person is a participant in a criminal organisation within the meaning of section 60A of the Criminal Code Act 1899 (Qld); or (b) are subject to an order under, or have been convicted of an offence under the Criminal Organisation ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Qld).
