Common use of Criminal Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Criminal Proceedings. The institution in any court of a criminal proceeding against any Obligor which would have a Material Adverse Effect on such Obligor, or the indictment of any Obligor for any crime other than traffic and boating tickets and misdemeanors not punishable by jail terms.
