Criteria For Selecting Appraisers; Cost of Appraisals. All appraisers selected for the appraisal process set out in this Exhibit will be disinterested, reputable, qualified appraisers with the designation of MAI or equivalent and with at least five years experience in appraising commercial properties comparable to the Property. NAI and BNPPLC will each bear the expense of the appraiser appointed by it, and the expense of the third appraiser and of any officer of the California Bar Association who participates in the appraisal process described above will be shared equally by NAI and BNPPLC.
