CRITERIA -- TENANT’S WORK Sample Clauses

The 'CRITERIA -- TENANT’S WORK' clause defines the standards and requirements that the tenant must meet when performing any construction, alterations, or improvements within the leased premises. It typically outlines the quality of materials, compliance with building codes, and the need for landlord approval before work begins. By establishing clear expectations for tenant-conducted work, this clause ensures that any modifications maintain the integrity and value of the property, while also minimizing disputes over construction quality or safety.
