Critical Applications. The CA Offerings are not fault tolerant and use of the offerings is prohibited for on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as the operation of aircraft navigation or aircraft communications systems, air traffic control, life- support systems, human implantation, nuclear facilities or systems, weapons systems, or any other application where failure of the offering could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage.
Critical Applications. You will not use the Licensed Software in any application where the use or failure of the Software could cause a life-threatening event or result in catastrophic damages, including (but not limited to) medical, nuclear, aviation, navigation, or military applications, and You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold NVIDIA harmless against any loss, liability, cost or damage of any kind that NVIDIA incurs as a result of a breach of the foregoing covenant.
Critical Applications. Any use contrary to this disclaimer is at Customer’s own risk and Sophos is not liable for such use.

Products are not intended or authorized for use in products surgically implanted into the body, for life support or for other products for which a Product failure could cause personal injury or death, however the parties agree that wireless telephony products are not considered products for which a Product failure could cause personal injury or death. If Motorola or Motorola’s customers use or permit the use of Products for these unintended or unauthorized uses, Motorola will fully indemnify Freescale, its officers, employees, and distributors, from all liability related to such use, including attorneys’ fees and costs.
Critical Applications. Certain applications using Seller's products may involve potential risks of death, personal injury, or severe property or environmental damage ("Critical Applications") caused by operational malfunction. Therefore, Xxxxx operates Sellers products on his own risk and agrees to defend, indemnify and hold Seller harmless from any and all damages, claims, proceedings, suits or expense resulting from such use.
Critical Applications. Unless the parties have entered into a life critical applications agreement, this section shall apply. You will not use the Licensed Software with any system or application where the use or failure of such system or application can reasonably be expected to threaten or result in personal injury, death, or catastrophic loss including, for example, use in connection with any nuclear, avionics, navigation, military, medical, life support or other life critical application (“Critical Applications”). You acknowledge that NVIDIA does not design, test, manufacture or certify the Licensed Software for use in the context of a Critical Application. NVIDIA shall not be liable to you or any third party, in whole or in part, for any claims or damages arising from such use.
Critical Applications. SDK is not intended for use in critical safety, life support, or other applications where a failure may reasonably be expected to result in personal injury, loss of life, or catastrophic property damage. If Licensee re-distributes SDK for use in such applications, Licensee acknowledges that such use is at Licensee's sole risk. Licensee will indemnify, defend and hold Star and its suppliers harmless from and against any and all liabilities and costs arising out of or in connection with such use or re-distribution.
Critical Applications. Certain critical applications using semiconductor Products may invoke the potential risk of death, personal injury or severe property or environmental damage (“Critical Applications”). Seller Products are not designed and are not warranted to be suitable for use in such Critical Application devices or systems. Use of Seller Products in such Critical Applications is fully at the risk of the Buyer and Xxxxx hereby agrees to defend and hold Seller harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses or damages of any type which arise out of or are due to such critical application uses.
