Critical Path Schedule Updates. If there is any change in the Schedule covered by a Change Order, or based on a Change Order notice, Contractor shall provide Owner with an updated version of Contractor’s critical path schedule reflecting the change attributable to the Change Order or event(s) giving rise to the request for adjustment.
